Meet Madelynn, a class of 2027 Manhattan High Senior!
She had requested Liquid Art Winery in Manhattan KS as one of her locations for her senior session! And let me tell you it was the best choice she could have made! This little gem in the Flint Hills should be considered by more seniors as a location.

Both her outfits were perfect for the rolling hills and beautiful winery setting. The long, flowy dress made for dreamy images, while the short white dress was a timeless classic.
We spent the session wandering around the property, taking advantage of all the pretty little spots the winery had to offer. I love sessions where we can move around and let the location be part of the photos instead of staying in one spot the entire time.
Our next stop was the Kansas State University Gardens - one of my favorite locations in Manhattan KS for well-kept flowers, pretty greenery, and all the garden vibes. 🌸
There are so many different little areas to use here, which makes it easy to get a lot of variety without having to travel all over town. We wandered through the gardens, found some gorgeous flowers, and of course had to stop for some of those dreamy garden photos.
One little thing to know if you're thinking about using the gardens for your senior session: K-State does require a $50 photography fee to use the property. It's an extra cost, but I think the variety and beautiful backdrop make it a really fun option for photos!
Between the winery and the gardens, this session had the perfect mix of open scenery and colorful, romantic garden vibes. Definitely one of those sessions where every stop gave us something completely different. 🤍
